Chris Lundberg started in Arizona real estate in 2005 as a general contractor, managing fix-and-flip projects for investors across the Valley. In 2012 he became a Realtor and founded Redeemed Real Estate in Gilbert.
That background still shapes how he works. He walks into a house and sees what it needs, what's worth fixing, and what's just cosmetic. Buyers get an honest read before they write an offer. Sellers get a clear plan for getting the most from their home. When repairs come up, he has a network of contractors to call, and his wife Lexi's firm, Lexi Grace Design, helps clients who want to make a new place their own.
From 2016 to 2022, Chris ranked in the top 1% of Realtors Valley-wide for transactions and sales.
Outside of work, he's a soccer dad and a Seahawks fan. He also leads build teams to Rocky Point with 1Mission, working alongside families who have earned their homes.

Lilly is a Florida native and Arizona transplant - she loves the sunshine! Fun Fact: She never saw a snowflake until she was an adult when Josh proposed on Christmas night!
Josh is a Colorado native but has lived in many areas of the US. We bet you'll have a city or two in common!
We met in college in Lakeland, Florida. What began as a friendship turned into a love story over games of Uno. 16 years later, we still love to play board games and cards together.
In our personal time, we spend our days with our kids at the soccer fields, playing pickleball, camping, looking for the next series to binge, and playing games in our East Mesa home.
Lilly led the way to our careers in Real Estate when she began in 2009 in Southwest Florida. She started out with property management and rentals but really fell in love with helping families and individuals sell and find new forever homes. Josh joined in on the fun with a goal to bring his experience in marketing to level up the way we serve our clients.
We are both entrepreneurs at heart and love new beginnings. A new adventure. A new Home. A new chapter in life. Being a REALTOR® allows us to be a small part of your journey and provide guidance in what can be a complicated and stressful process.

Meet Farrah!
I am an Arizona native and I love the culture, landscape, and climate in our amazing state. I grew up in the East Valley and I haven't strayed too far from home as I've gotten older. I am the mom of 5 wonderful kids, and I have been married to my amazing husband (and high school sweetheart!) for 25 years.Our days are often filled with watching our kids soccer games, going to music lessons, and traveling to northern Arizona to escape the heat. When I have extra time, you'll find me doing CrossFit, swimming, or enjoying popcorn and a good movie.
I received my real estate license a few years ago. I have absolutely loved getting to know each of my clients and helping them find their forever home. I love working with buyers to find a home that fits their goals and lifestyle and helping home sellers navigate the process in a way that maximizes their value and minimizes their stress!

Meet Heather Sanchez, the efficient and organized Transaction Coordinator for Redeemed Real Estate. Heather is an expert at managing the details of real estate transactions, ensuring that each one goes smoothly from start to finish.
Heather is also a devoted mother of four, and a loving wife to Shane. When she's not managing transactions or running after her kids, she can be found turning heads with her impeccable bangs and hair game. Heather's unique style and flair have been known to draw rave attention in public, regardless of how "behind the scenes" she prefers to be.
